EV Infra Advisory

Terms & Conditions

What you are buying, and what it is not.

Last updated: 12 August 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of evinfraadvisory.in (“Website”) and the advisory services, reports, calculators and other tools offered through it.

The Website and services are operated by EV Infra Advisory, a sole proprietorship of Bonagiri L K Mahesh, with its principal place of business at Tarnaka, Hyderabad, 500017, Telangana, India and GSTIN 36BADPB5969D1ZT (“EV Infra Advisory”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By using the Website, submitting information, purchasing a service or accepting a proposal, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature and scope of services

EV Infra Advisory is an independent advisory practice focused on screening and diagnosing potential EV-charging sites before substantial expenditure is committed. We are not an EV-charging franchise seller.

Our services are arranged as six steps, each including everything below it. The steps and prices are set out on the Pricing page:

  • Step 0 — free GeoSite screening and other free online tools;
  • Step 1 — a ₹499 written pre-feasibility report for one site, generated on demand;
  • Step 2 — a ₹2,999 reviewed report, advisory call, DISCOM route note and written answer;
  • Step 3 — a ₹12,999 feasibility pack: financial model, demand and competition analysis, configuration comparison, OEM shortlist and approvals checklist;
  • Step 4 — a ₹49,999 physical site visit with a Detailed Project Report, BOQ, 3D layout model and AR walkthrough;
  • Step 5 — project management, launch and CPO advisory from ₹99,999, scoped to the individual build; and
  • Monthly reporting plans, available only to clients with an existing engagement.

Steps 0 to 3 are delivered remotely. Steps 4 and 5 include attendance at the site, are arranged by enquiry rather than bought online, and exclude travel and stay, which are billed at actual cost as described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

The precise scope, assumptions, fees, exclusions, client responsibilities and delivery schedule for a paid assignment will be stated on the relevant product page, order confirmation or proposal.

2. Screening tools and estimates

Outputs from the GeoSite screening, opportunity maps, station registries, ROI calculator and any similar tool are screening estimates only.

These outputs may be based on information entered by the user, third-party datasets, mapping services, elevation data, general market assumptions and automated or artificial-intelligence-assisted analysis. Such information may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular site.

Tool outputs and preliminary advisory opinions are not:

  • Engineering certification or a detailed feasibility certificate;
  • Electrical, structural, fire-safety, traffic or civil design;
  • A sanctioned load confirmation or approval from a DISCOM or authority;
  • A title, land-use, zoning or regulatory opinion;
  • Legal, tax, securities, financing or investment advice;
  • A valuation or assurance of profitability;
  • A guarantee of charger utilisation, revenue, demand, return on investment or payback;
  • A franchise recommendation or commitment from an operator; or
  • A substitute for physical site inspection or verification by qualified professionals.

Before purchasing equipment, signing a lease, taking finance, beginning construction or making another material commitment, the client should obtain the necessary site survey, electrical assessment, civil or structural review, legal review, statutory approvals and commercial quotations from appropriately qualified persons.

How the written report is produced. The ₹499 GeoSite written report is generated by an artificial-intelligence language model. It is instructed to work from, and not to contradict, the deterministic engine output — the geometric screening, electrical sizing, transformer selection and decision gate, which are computed rather than predicted. Where the written text and the engine output would conflict, the engine output governs.

Language models can nevertheless produce statements that are wrong, incomplete or poorly reasoned. The report is a screening estimate in the same sense as everything else in this section, and every limitation listed above applies to it. It is not reviewed by a person before it reaches the client. Clients should read it as an aid to judgement and not as a substitute for professional verification.

If a report contains an evident error, tell us and we will look at it. Where the fault is ours, we will regenerate it at no charge or refund it.

The Detailed Project Report, 3D model and AR walkthrough. The Step 4 DPR is a project document prepared from a physical inspection of the site, for the client’s own use and for discussion with lenders, boards, suppliers and authorities. It is not a statutory approval, a DISCOM sanction or load confirmation, an engineering or safety certification, a valuation, or a commitment by any lender to fund the project. Construction, energisation and financing still require the approvals, certifications and professional sign-offs of the persons legally competent to give them.

The 3D layout model and AR walkthrough are visualisations of the proposed layout produced from the survey and the design output. They are illustrative, are not construction or fabrication drawings, and are not to be built from or dimensioned against.

3. Client information and responsibilities

The quality of our work depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information supplied by the client. The client is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate site, ownership, access, electricity, traffic, cost and commercial information;
  • Disclosing material restrictions, disputes, approvals and prior commitments;
  • Having the right to provide documents, photographs, coordinates and third-party information;
  • Reviewing assumptions and promptly correcting errors;
  • Making the final commercial and investment decision; and
  • Obtaining professional certifications and statutory approvals outside our agreed scope.

We may pause work or revise the delivery schedule if required information, access or decisions are delayed.

4. Fees and payment

Fees are displayed on the Website or stated in the applicable proposal. Unless otherwise stated, applicable taxes will be charged in accordance with Indian law.

Paid work begins only after receipt of the required payment, completed intake information and acceptance of the applicable scope. Step 5 engagements, and any other assignment covered by a proposal, may be divided into advance payments or milestones.

What can be bought directly. Step 0 is free. Steps 1, 2 and 3, and ROI Pro, are purchased on the Website at the price displayed. For Steps 2 and 3 we collect a short brief — the site, the state, a contact number and what you need settled — before payment, because the work cannot begin without it; an incomplete brief is refused rather than charged for.

Steps 4 and 5 are arranged by enquiry: we confirm the scope, the fee and the dates in writing and raise an invoice, and no engagement arises until that confirmation is accepted. Prices shown for those steps are the current published fee for the described scope, not an offer capable of acceptance by payment alone. Where a price is shown as “from” an amount, it is the starting point for a scoped quotation.

Travel and stay are excluded from the Step 4 and Step 5 fees and are billed at actual cost with receipts and no mark-up. We obtain the client’s written approval before booking. A cost committed on a non-refundable basis with that approval remains payable if the trip is later cancelled. The same applies to any other out-of-pocket cost the client approves in writing.

Payments made through Razorpay or another payment provider are also subject to that provider’s terms. We do not control delays caused by banks, card issuers, UPI applications or payment networks.

Prices shown online include GST. Where a price is displayed on the Website with the words “including GST”, that is the total amount payable. Our GSTIN is 36BADPB5969D1ZT.

The price is determined by us at checkout. Amounts are calculated on our servers from the item selected. Any price, discount or total submitted from a browser is ignored. Where a coupon is applied, the discount is capped and validated on our side; a coupon confers no right to a particular price and may be withdrawn or expire.

Monthly reporting plans. These are available only to clients with an existing engagement, for the reason given in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. They are not sold through the Website, and no automatic recurring charge is set up: each month is invoiced and paid separately, nothing is stored against a card, and nothing renews by itself. There is no minimum term — telling us before the next invoice is raised is enough to stop, and the month already paid for is delivered.

Cancellation and refund eligibility is governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy published on the Website.

5. Delivery and review

Digital services are delivered through one or more of the following:

  • On-screen results;
  • Email;
  • Scheduled telephone or video calls;
  • PDF reports, briefs or working documents; and
  • Secure links or other digital collaboration channels agreed with the client.

Estimated timelines begin only when payment, intake information and necessary client inputs have been received. Detailed delivery rules are set out in the Service / Delivery Policy.

The client should report any material factual error or missing agreed deliverable within 7 working days after delivery. We may correct a genuine error, but a disagreement with professional judgement, scoring, assumptions or recommendations does not by itself mean that the service was defective.

6. No assured outcome

EV-charging projects are affected by electricity availability, equipment prices, local demand, access, parking, traffic patterns, tariffs, competition, land rights, regulation, financing and operator decisions.

We do not warrant that:

  • A site will be approved by an authority, DISCOM, lender, operator or franchise;
  • A recommended operator or vendor will accept the site;
  • Project costs will match preliminary estimates;
  • Market conditions or tariffs will remain unchanged; or
  • The project will achieve a particular utilisation, revenue, margin or return.

7. Independence, conflicts and referral fees

Our service is advisory. We do not present ourselves as the sales representative of a franchise, charger manufacturer, operator, lender, contractor or property intermediary unless that relationship is expressly disclosed.

We take no commission on supplier selection. The Pricing page states this for the OEM shortlist in Step 3 and for supplier, operator and contractor selection in Steps 4 and 5, and it binds us: we do not accept a commission, success fee, rebate, margin or other consideration from a charger supplier, operator, contractor or lender in connection with those recommendations. Our fee is what the client pays us.

If, outside those steps, we may receive a referral fee, commission, success fee, non-cash benefit or other consideration from a third party connected with a recommendation:

  1. We will disclose the existence and nature of that arrangement before the relevant referral or recommendation is acted upon;
  2. Where reasonably available, we will disclose the amount or the basis on which it is calculated;
  3. We will disclose any material conflict of interest known to us; and
  4. The client will remain free to approach another vendor or proceed without using the referral.

A referral is not an endorsement, guarantee or representation that the third party will be suitable in every respect. Contracts with vendors, operators and other third parties are directly between the client and that party unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

8. Intellectual property

The Website, scoring methods, calculators, models, questionnaires, report structures, templates, workflows, branding, explanatory material and underlying software are owned by or licensed to EV Infra Advisory. They are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

The client retains ownership of information and material supplied by the client. The client grants us a limited right to use that material for providing the requested service, maintaining records, handling support and meeting legal obligations.

Once the applicable fee is paid, the client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the final client-specific report or brief for its own internal assessment and discussions with its professional advisers, lenders, vendors or project partners. The client may not sell, publish, white-label or commercially redistribute our methods, templates or tool outputs without written permission.

We may use anonymised and aggregated learnings that do not identify the client or disclose confidential project information.

9. Accounts and sign-in

An account is required to buy anything on the Website and to reach purchases, entitlements and generated reports. The free tools do not require one.

How sign-in works. Sign-in is passwordless. We email a single-use link to the address given; opening it signs that browser in. There is no password to choose, remember or have stolen. The link expires shortly after it is sent and cannot be reused.

Your responsibilities. Anyone with access to the email account can sign in, so the client is responsible for keeping their mailbox secure and for activity under their account. Sign-in links must not be forwarded. Tell us promptly if an account is being used without authorisation.

Accuracy. The email address given must be one the client controls and monitors, because purchases, reports and service notices are sent to it.

Entitlements are personal. Purchases, credits and access granted to an account are for the use of that client. They are not transferable, have no cash value, and may not be resold or shared.

Closure. A client may ask us to close their account at any time. We may suspend or close an account for a breach of these Terms, for suspected fraudulent or unauthorised payment activity, or where required by law. Closure does not by itself entitle the client to a refund of a service already delivered, and does not affect refund rights that have already arisen under the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Records we are required to keep, such as invoices and payment records, are retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Use the Website or tools for an unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose;
  • Submit information you have no right to use;
  • Upload malware or attempt to interfere with the Website;
  • Scrape, copy, reverse-engineer or systematically extract the tools, scoring logic or content;
  • Bypass access, rate, payment or security controls;
  • Use automated requests that adversely affect the service or its third-party providers;
  • Misrepresent screening output as an engineering certificate, statutory approval or guaranteed investment result;
  • Share access credentials or API keys without authority; or
  • Use our name or report to suggest an endorsement beyond the actual written findings.

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to prevent misuse, security risk or breach of these Terms.

11. Third-party services

Some tools rely on third-party data and services, including mapping, geocoding, elevation, payment and artificial-intelligence services. Their availability, accuracy and response times are outside our control.

GeoSite’s external data transfers and Anthropic API use are described in the Privacy Policy. We do not ask for, handle or store an API key belonging to a user. By selecting a function that relies on a third-party service, the relevant information will be transmitted as disclosed in that policy.

12. Confidentiality

We will use reasonable care to protect non-public client information and will use it for providing the service, administering the engagement, complying with law and other purposes disclosed in the Privacy Policy.

Confidentiality does not apply to information that is already public, independently developed, lawfully received from another source or required to be disclosed by law or a competent authority.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of expected profit, business opportunity, financing, goodwill or anticipated savings;
  • We are not liable for decisions made solely on preliminary tool outputs or for failure to obtain independent technical, legal or financial verification;
  • We are not responsible for incorrect client inputs, unavailable third-party services, third-party datasets or acts of vendors, operators, authorities, utilities or payment providers; and
  • Our aggregate liability arising from a paid service will not exceed the fees actually paid to us for the particular service giving rise to the claim.

Free tools are provided without charge for initial screening. No monetary claim may arise merely because a free output is unavailable, incomplete or unsuitable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct, or limits any non-waivable right available under applicable consumer law.

14. Force majeure

We will not be liable for delay caused by events reasonably outside our control, including natural disasters, widespread power or internet failures, government action, civil disturbance, epidemics, failure of third-party infrastructure or interruption of mapping, payment or AI services. We will make reasonable efforts to resume the affected service.

15. Termination

Either party may terminate a continuing engagement in accordance with its proposal and the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

We may terminate or suspend service for non-payment, unlawful use, abusive conduct, material misrepresentation or serious breach of these Terms. Fees for work already started or completed remain payable.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in services, technology or law. The revised version will be published with an updated date. Material changes will apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.

Terms accepted for an existing paid assignment will continue to apply to that assignment unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute by contacting support@evinfraadvisory.in or +91 76800 78889. Subject to applicable consumer rights, the courts at Hyderabad, India will have jurisdiction.
