EV Infra Advisory provides advisory services. We do not sell or ship physical products under the services covered by this policy.
Our services are arranged as six steps, each including everything below it, as set out on the Pricing page. Steps 0 to 3 are delivered remotely and are bought on the Website. Steps 4 and 5 include attendance at the client’s site and are arranged by enquiry.
1. Delivery channels
Depending on the step, delivery may take place through:
- Results displayed on the Website;
- Email;
- A scheduled telephone or video call;
- A PDF report, project document or decision brief;
- A secure download or document link;
- An agreed online meeting or digital workspace; or
- Attendance in person at the site, for Steps 4 and 5.
The client is responsible for supplying a correct email address and telephone number, checking spam or junk folders and informing us promptly if contact details change.
2. Step 0 — free GeoSite screening and online tools
Delivery method: On-screen output in the browser. No account is required.
Expected timeline: Normally generated immediately after the required information is submitted. Results may be delayed if a third-party mapping, elevation or other service is unavailable.
Meaning of delivered: The result is treated as delivered when it is displayed in the user’s browser.
A free tool output is a screening estimate and not an engineering or investment report.
3. Step 1 — ₹499 written report
Delivery method: Generated and displayed in the browser immediately on payment, on the same page the purchase was made from. The text appears progressively as it is written, typically completing within a few minutes. It can be downloaded as Markdown or HTML from that page, and remains available in the account area afterwards.
Expected timeline: Immediate. There is no queue and no manual step.
Meaning of delivered: The report is delivered when generation completes and the text is displayed. No email is required for delivery, although the account holder can return to it later by signing in.
If generation fails: the payment is refunded automatically and the report credit is restored, so a further attempt costs nothing. No request is needed. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
An account is required, because the purchase and the resulting report are held against it. Sign-in is by emailed link; no password is involved.
4. ROI Pro
Delivery method: Access is applied to the purchaser’s account immediately on payment. The additional views and exports become available in the ROI calculator on the next page load.
Expected timeline: Immediate.
Meaning of delivered: Access is delivered when it is applied to the account, whether or not the client uses it. Access lasts 12 months.
ROI Pro is also included at no charge with Steps 1, 2 and 3, on the same terms.
5. Step 2 — ₹2,999 reviewed report and call
Delivery method: An annotated review of the written report, a scheduled advisory call, a DISCOM route note for the relevant state, and a written answer to the question the client identifies. Written material is sent as a PDF or secure link.
Bought on the Website. Before payment we collect a short brief — the site, the state, a phone number and what you need settled — because the work cannot start without it. Payment is taken after that brief is complete.
Expected timeline:
- The call will ordinarily be offered within 3 working days after successful payment and receipt of the completed intake information.
- The annotated review, route note and written answer will ordinarily be sent within 3 working days after the call.
Meaning of delivered:
- The call component is delivered when the scheduled consultation takes place or when it is treated as completed under the missed-call provisions of the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- The written components are delivered when the email containing the PDF or working link is successfully sent to the address provided.
- Step 2 as a whole is complete when both have been delivered.
If the email is returned as undeliverable, we will make a reasonable attempt to contact the client through the alternate details supplied.
6. Step 3 — ₹12,999 feasibility pack
Delivery method: PDF report, the financial model and supporting schedules, the demand and competition analysis, the charger-configuration comparison, the OEM shortlist and the approvals checklist, sent by email or through the agreed digital channel. Where the accepted scope includes it, an online review call.
Bought on the Website. Before payment we collect a short brief — the site, the state, a phone number and what you need settled — because the work cannot start without it. Payment is taken after that brief is complete.
Expected timeline: Within 10 working days after payment, scope confirmation and receipt of complete client information, unless a different schedule is agreed in writing.
Meaning of delivered: Delivered when the report and accompanying files are emailed or made available through the agreed digital channel. A review-call component is delivered when the scheduled session takes place.
Drafts, interim findings and requests for clarification are not the final deliverable unless the agreed scope identifies them as separate milestones.
This is the last step delivered entirely remotely. Nothing in it is based on a physical inspection of the site.
7. Step 4 — ₹49,999 site visit, DPR, 3D and AR
Delivery method: Attendance in person at the site, followed by digital deliverables — the Detailed Project Report and BOQ as a PDF, and the 3D layout model and AR walkthrough as files or a secure link that can be opened on a phone or tablet at the site.
Arranged by enquiry. This step is not bought online. We confirm the scope, the fee, the visit date and the estimated travel and stay cost in writing before anything is booked, and invoice against that confirmation.
Expected timeline:
- The visit takes place on the date agreed in writing, ordinarily within 10 working days of confirmation, subject to site access and travel approval.
- The DPR and BOQ will ordinarily be sent within 15 working days after the visit.
- The 3D model and AR walkthrough will ordinarily be sent within 15 working days after the visit.
Meaning of delivered: Each component is delivered separately — the visit when the attendance and measured survey take place, and each digital deliverable when it is sent or made available. The refund consequences of that split are set out in section 7 of the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
What the client must provide. Safe access to the plot on the agreed date, any permission required to enter or photograph it, and the presence of someone able to answer questions about boundaries, ownership and existing supply. Where access is refused or the site is unavailable on arrival, the visit is treated as delivered.
Travel and stay are excluded from the fee and billed at actual cost with receipts. See section 9 of the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
What the DPR is not. It is a project document prepared for the client’s own use and for discussion with lenders, boards, suppliers and authorities. It is not a statutory approval, a DISCOM sanction, an engineering certification, a valuation or a guarantee of finance. The 3D model and AR walkthrough are visualisations of the proposed layout, not construction drawings.
8. Step 5 — project management, launch and CPO advisory
Delivery method: Project plans and trackers, vendor and operator comparison material, commercial-term reviews, DISCOM correspondence handled on the client’s behalf, site attendance during installation and commissioning, review calls, sign-off documents and the performance reporting stated in the accepted proposal.
Arranged by enquiry. Scoped to the individual build, from ₹99,999, against an accepted written proposal stating milestones, fees and the payment schedule.
Expected timeline: Each milestone will be delivered within 20 working days after the required inputs and approvals, or on the date stated in the accepted project plan.
Meaning of delivered: A milestone is delivered when its document, recommendation, review session, site attendance or other agreed output is completed or sent through the agreed channel.
This step does not mean that we supply chargers, carry out civil or electrical work, obtain approvals in our own name, or guarantee action by a DISCOM, supplier, operator or authority, unless the proposal expressly states otherwise. We take no commission from any supplier, operator or contractor.
9. Monthly reporting plans
Delivery method: Project Execution Monitoring, Hub Performance Review and Retained Advisory are delivered as a written report sent by email and also placed in the account area, by the 7th of each month for the month preceding. Retained Advisory additionally includes a scheduled monthly call.
Availability and billing. These plans are offered only to clients with an existing engagement, because each one reports on a specific project we need to have seen. They are not sold through the website: each month is invoiced separately and no automatic recurring charge is set up.
Meaning of delivered: A monthly report is delivered when it is sent to the address provided and placed in the account area. A call component is delivered when the scheduled call takes place.
Each report is compiled from information the client supplies. We will request anything missing before finalising. Where data for a month is not supplied, the report is still delivered and states what was missing and what could not be assessed — we do not estimate around the gap. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for what that means for that month’s fee.
Unused capacity does not automatically carry forward unless expressly agreed.
10. When the delivery period begins
A stated delivery period begins on the next working day after all of the following have occurred:
- Required payment has been received;
- The scope has been accepted;
- The intake form has been completed;
- Essential documents and data have been supplied;
- For Steps 4 and 5, site access has been arranged and any travel cost approved; and
- Any necessary client contact or decision-maker has been made available.
If information is incomplete or materially changes, we may pause the timeline and provide a revised delivery date.
11. Working days and business hours
“Working day” means a day other than Sunday, a public holiday applicable at Hyderabad or another closure notified on the Website.
Normal support hours are 10:00–19:00 IST, Monday to Saturday.
12. Digital-access problems
The client should report a missing email, inaccessible link or corrupted file within 7 working days of the expected delivery date.
Where our records show that an email was sent but the client did not receive it, we will resend the file or provide a reasonable alternative digital method. Resending does not create a new refund entitlement where the service was otherwise completed on time.
13. No physical shipping
No shipping charge, courier tracking number or physical delivery period applies. Site attendance under Steps 4 and 5 is a service delivered in person, not a shipment. References on a payment platform to “shipping” should be read as digital service delivery for these products.
