EV Infra Advisory

Independence & conflicts

The client pays for the advice.

In the published feasibility, site-visit, OEM/CPO-selection, and project-launch services, EV Infra Advisory does not accept a supplier margin, OEM or CPO commission, lender referral fee, contractor success fee, rebate, or non-cash benefit tied to the recommendation.

What this changes

  • A lower-cost or “do not proceed” outcome does not reduce a supplier commission, because there is none.
  • Candidates can be compared against a project scorecard rather than a commercial relationship.
  • You can see what information came from the candidate and what was independently checked.

What this does not guarantee

Independence does not make a model correct, eliminate incomplete data, qualify the practice to give legal or statutory opinions, or guarantee a project outcome. The sources, assumptions, limitations, and reviewer remain part of the evidence — and they are published so you can challenge them.

Outside the published no-commission services

If any future arrangement includes a referral or non-cash benefit, we will disclose its existence, nature, and amount or calculation basis where available, and the relevant conflict, before you act on the recommendation — and give you a route to proceed without the referral.

Partner introductions on this site are consent-based: they happen only when you ask for them, and your details are never sold on. This is also stated in the privacy policy.

Current material relationships

No paid supplier, OEM, CPO, lender, or contractor relationship currently affects a published recommendation. If that changes, a dated conflict register will appear on this page before the affected recommendation does.
