The supply side of the model is largely inferred, so a high score here means “little visible supply”, which is not the same as “no supply”. 92% of this state's cells are classified urban, which is higher than the settled area really warrants: the classification comes from OpenStreetMap land-use polygons, and this state's data tags whole villages as residential. That widens modeled demand and narrows the assumed supply radius, so scores here are less trustworthy than in states mapped parcel-by-parcel. Private and captive chargers are invisible to every public source. Treat this as a starting point for enquiry, never as a basis for committing capital.
