Corridor sites behave differently from urban ones. The model
uses a wider supply radius on corridors (25 km for cars, 30 km for trucks) than
in cities (3 km), because a driver on a highway will divert far further than one in
traffic. A corridor cell scoring lower than an urban one is not necessarily a worse
opportunity — it is being judged against a much larger catchment.

These are area centroids at roughly 5.3 km² resolution outside Hyderabad — starting points for investigation, not plots.
Existing public charging along the route
61 station record(s) sit within 5 km of a cell on this corridor.
Operators present: Statiq (47), ChargeZone (6), Hindustan Petroleum Corporation (5), Reliance BP Mobility (2), (Unknown Operator) (1).
What still needs verifying
- Traffic — modelled from road class and population, not counted.
- Grid capacity — sanctioned load at a specific plot is unknown. Across Telangana, higher-scoring cells correlate with lower sanctioned capacity (p=0.006), so connection cost and lead time may be worse than the score suggests.
- Land — availability, price and access sit entirely outside the model.
- Real competition — including chargers no public source lists.
